Leaders UK

Leaders UK - Collaborative leadership for public service excellence Leaders UK is a new kind of leadership programme. It is designed to create leaders for the whole public service system by working collaboratively with people in all the many and varied organisations involved in delivering public services and policy. It is aimed at people who are on their way to becoming a top leader in any part of the public, private or voluntary sectors.

This programme has been developed because the top leaders of the public, private and voluntary sectors see a need to build collaborative leadership capacity to shape the way we deliver policy, improve services and achieve positive outcomes for consumers and citizens. Leadership within organisations is important, but more important is the capacity to get things done across organisational boundaries, in complex systems that need to integrate an enormous array of policies and resources.
